Returns

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the item to assist with the return process.

To qualify for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase must be provided.
* Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Products that have been modified or altered after delivery.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

Where a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Kalahari Blasters™ will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
